How long does it take to make a withdrawal?

We will process your request for withdrawal within 24 hours of receiving it. We aim to receive your funds within 1 to 3 business days after we have processed your request. Please note that the processing time may vary slightly depending on the withdrawal method.

What kind of payment methods are available?

We offer a wide range of withdrawal methods, including bank transfers, virtual currencies, and online payment services such as Payz.

Please note that withdrawals can usually only be made using the same payment method that you used to make the deposit. If you have deposited from a credit card, you can withdraw to a bank transfer, or any online payment method where you have deposited at least once in the past.

Account Verification

Account verification is a procedure used to confirm the identity of a customer using Mystino. For safer and smoother deposits and withdrawals, we require account verification for customers who have used the service for more than a certain amount of time.

When do I need to do account verification?

Based on your usage, we will send you a request to authenticate your account via email if you have used the site for more than a certain amount of time. You do not need to activate your account unless you receive an email.

The account verification procedure can be done on the "My Page" of the website. Once you have submitted your documents, we will verify them with you within 24 hours.

Notes on uploading documents

Please make sure that the four corners of the document are properly included in the image.
Please make sure the image is clear and the text is legible.
Both sides of the document are required for identity verification and some deposit/withdrawal methods.

Normally 1. ID document with photo and 2. Document to verify address are required. There might be cases where we request you to 3. Proof of deposit/withdrawal method which proof that the account in your name, depending on your account activity.

Basic Resident Registration Card with photo (both sides)
Passport
My number card
Resident Card or Special Permanent Resident Certificate (both sides)

Credit card statement

One of the above, dated within the last three months, is required.

3. Proof of deposit/withdrawal method (This is not required depending on the deposit/withdrawal method)
