About J-Pay Bank Transfer

With J-Pay, you can deposit through bank transfer. The transfer details will be displayed after you enter the deposit amount, so please check it before proceeding.

Please check before making a deposit:

• It may take up to 24 hours for the amount to be reflected outside bank business hours.

• Daily offer spins are credited to your account on the day the deposit is reflected. In order to receive the daily offer spins, you must always make a deposit via Mystino's deposit page. Please note that if you make a deposit without logging into Mystino, the daily offer spins will not be reflected for technical reasons. Customers who made deposits directly (skipping Mystino site) should contact customer support.

• When making a transfer, it is necessary to enter the 7-digit "transfer ID" provided by J-Pay and the customer's "account holder name in kana" in the transfer name field. If you make a transfer without entering the "transfer ID" in the transfer holder's name field, Mystino will not be able to process the payment correctly.
