Okay, then follow me as we go over how to deposit virtual currency together and a few caveats!

How to deposit virtual currency

Select the virtual currency you wish to deposit at "bitpace" or "CoinsPaid".

The list of currency

  • bitpace : BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, USDT, XRP, DASH, LINK, USDC

  • Coin Paid : BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, USDT

The basic operations of the two deposit methods are the same, so we will refer to the "bitpace" procedure.

1. Top screen

Tap "Deposit" on the top screen to open the deposit method selection screen.

2. Make a deposit from Mystino.

  • You can select one of a cryptocurrency that you will use from "Bitpace" or "CoinsPaid".

  • Enter your desired deposit amount, select your preferred cryptocurrency from the drop down list and tap "Deposit".

  • Confirm the transaction details and tap "Copy Address" to copy the destination address (Mystino).

A QR code (valid for 30 minutes) will appear. Scan the QR code directly in the wallet to send money, or use the remittance address (the lower row of "BTC" in the center below is the remittance address).

3. Operate the wallet to send money

When the QR Code page appears, move from the operation within the Mystino website to the operation of your wallet.

  • In the "Deposit/Withdrawal" section of your wallet, select the currency you wish to use and tap "Withdrawal".

  • Tap "Add Address" and paste the remittance address you have previously copied into the "Address" field and save the destination.

  • Enter the amount you wish to withdraw from your wallet (the amount deposited into Mistino), and tap "Withdraw

  • After confirming that the address and withdrawal amount are correct, tap "Withdraw".

It usually takes a few minutes to 30 minutes for the amount to be reflected in your Mistino account after the deposit has been completed, but if the deposit is not reflected after 2 hours, please contact customer support.

Please note

  • There is no fee charged by us, but your wallet may charge a redemption fee. In such cases, the deposit amount minus the fee will be reflected in your Mistino account.

  • Please check the fees charged by each wallet in advance as they vary.

  • Withdrawals can be made in virtual currency if the last deposit was made by credit card or virtual currency.
